Just which of his policies do you WANT to fail?

You don't present his policies, you present his goals. Not the same thing. The policies are how he plans to get there.

But I'll respond anyway.

1) Energy independence?

An unreasonable and probably unreachable goal during Obama's presidency or even for several decades after that (and longer than that is too far out to seriously plan for)

2) Health care for more Americans

Essentially every American has access to healthcare. Uninsured, doesn't equal "no health care". Also many of the uninsured either are not Americans (illegal immigrants) or are uninsured by choice.

The policy is increasing government involvement in health care, possibly eventually leading to socialized health insurance. That's an effort I very much would like to see fail.

3) Ending the wars

Iraq is ending the right way. With a pretty decent result, rather than having it fall apart if we had left earlier. Afghanistan should be ended the same way.

can return to a role of world power that is RESPECTED by the rest of the world

Giving up when things get somewhat tough and abandoning your allies, is a way to lose respect not gain in. OTOH, I'm not saying this is a current Obama policy. Iraq is getting to the point where we can reasonably pull out, and Obama has not called for pulling out of Afganistant.

4) Return of science based on science instead of ideology.

That isn't an Obama policy, just an Obama claim.

5) Ending of the eroding of our Constitution

More like accelerating the eroding of our constitution.

6) Bring back America's position of education leader in the world

That's not a policy, or even a concrete goal.

7) Personal responsibility for kids to get through high school.

Again not a policy.
