His numbers are headed in the right direction, but it has to be a lot lower before his policies can be effectively fought by a minority party. The Repub have to peel off Democrats who won in Republican districts.

The O's status as a "minority" president protects him, too. Everybody is afraid of being called "racist," which along with "Nazi" is hurled at anybody who dissents. The chilling of free speech continues from the MSM, the Democrats, and their rabid mindless foot soldiers.
