It's a rare event for a delayed CC when there is good news to share. Besides, what possible good news could they have? Increased sales? Very doubtful. Even if so, their margins are probably thin if not negative from continued price erosion caused not only by overwhelming competition from 3Com, but also from the likes of Motorola as they seek to liquidate their K56Flex channel inventory. I can't imagine news that Zoom would buy the MOT transmission products group would be viewed as positive, considering how badly the incumbant management has handled the transition to 56k. They thought they would take a stab at high margin remote access. Yeah, sure - they would be like a pimple on and elephants butt. Now there's mention of a camera. Uh huh. Scrapps, like you, I'm waiting for some unforseen event - a white knight perhaps.
