Apparently, in the entertainment and sports worlds, players and entertainers were able to get banks to loan them money in advance of their future earnings. With the economic crisis, that's all changed, and suddenly, we are hearing about entertainers and players one after the other filing BK. The latest is Michael Vick who is in prison. They tried to auction off his house this past weekend but it was a no go. Its amazing how the world worked pre crisis.
