you want your electric rates to increase by 40% ?

The last figure I heard for cap and trade was 25%.

Guess what, as of January, they increased my electricity rate by 25% in anticipation of building a $17Billion nuke plant in Florida. No guarantee that they would build it... just the rate increase.

So I'm not so alarmed about the rate increase argument.
