I heard Yoo has tenure at Berkeley. How do Californians put up with this nonsense? He's eating on the taxpayer's dime for goodness sakes, the very taxpayers he advocated placing under dictatorship.

He advocated the ignoring of the US Constitution whenever a single person, the President, decided he'd rather not be bothered by it.

What?

The entire point of this country is the rule of law and Yoo/Bush/Cheney et al decided they were above all laws....unbelievable.
