Dennis Miller joked, (inappropriately) that Madoff killed more Jew than the holocaust. However I agree with him that nothing short of the death penalty is what he deserves.

What should be focused on is his wife and other family members who allegedly accrued substantial wealth, somehow unrelated to Madoff's scam. That is pure bunk and they need to be stripped of their wealth as well. His wife should be imprisoned as well for he activities working the scam.
