I didn't say that the Tempest is dialing to an ISP, I said caller is . . .

And I quote myself:

FTEL is going after the long-distance market, where a normal phone
connected to the PSTN would be calling the ISP that has the Tempest, the call would get routed to another Tempest in the remote city, and then another call would be made to the PSTN to get to the final destination.


This is one scenario that the Tempest can work in and I think one of the ones they will be targeting. Replace ISP with any other corporate entity that can get a Tempest and has a connection to the internet. The idea is the same.
