This is just my opinion - I believe the new CEO will address many of the problems, including the ones that create patent problems and delays. The new CEO's focus is this: 1) Take LWLG from a mom-and-pop, "lets eat our ham sandwich on the lab bench" kind of entity to a legitimate, organized, professional corporate structure with well defined short and long term goals. 2) Insist that the "scientists" focus on creating something REPRODUCIBLE that can be put into a COMMERCIAL product ASAP before their financial window closes. Theories and smoking test tubes are fun but playtime is over. The idea is to make money at this. That's what he was brought in to do and he appears to be very focused on these two critical aspects which were sorely lacking. Time to crack the whip so to speak.
