No, snowflake children is the term used by the right wing to refer to frozen embryos being brought to term. Don't you remember the handful of snowflakes in the oval office with a smirking Bumbya?

So, Brumar, how many snowflakes have you and yours freed from imprisonment in frozen tanks? You do realize that there is still molecular level destruction at those temperatures and they will eventually be taken out with the medical trash if they aren't adopted BY YOU.
