You keep moving the goal posts.

Not that surprising, but...

The fact of the matter is he was still whining about it in his final press conference as President. Bush and his minions were beating that drum even before he took office. And the country didn't even go into recession until after he was in office. So they did their share of talking the economy down.

And they kept beating that drum for 8 years.
