Pull up a chart ot MXIM for a year - better 3 or so. Compare it to the NASDAQ. Compare it to others. Much better, get their 10k - call the company or any broker - and look at their fundementals. Best yet, (after you check out other imperatives), talk with working engineers who use and appreciate their technology. Stock is down only a fraction of others. I wish some crazy scare would drive it way down -- So I could BUY a lot more. Wm Bringier
