GM, "That's why IBM 5 (?) years ago sued SEG and an ex-IBM employee who had known about the IBM MR family jewels." FWIW, that suit was finally settled out of court, and as far as I know, that ex-IBM employee is still with Seagate (although I can even remember his name, so who knows for sure!). Seagate and IBM later signed some sort of cross licensing agreement. Was a long time ago, can't remember the details. Getting too old, I guess:(. Sam
