I agree, Tom. 45k is squat. I will say, though, that the stock is looking weak on the technicals, and it may be a slow recovery. (Although it was nice yesterday to see that, just like last week, an attempt to sink below 31 was rapidly and decisively fended off).

UBS, as you may know, downgraded the whole semi-equip sector Fri am. And TXN delaying the opening of a fab plant 1 year didn't help either. I've since seen a couple views positing that the sector trashing, including the SE Asia factor, is overdone. Hope so.
