Thanks George, that was just a good guess. If I had to make another I'd guess that Elan sells a hunk of the company within the next couple of months or so, just like they said they might. If so, I'll be annoyed and surprised if the price isn't at least a 50 percent premium from today (barring an extraordinary rash of pml)... fred
