DOCX continues to move down, along with negative wave on the tech sector. Quarterly earnings announced on Fri. 10/24 (loss of .02/share)
were in line with 10/9 pre-release.

Given strong financials (book value around $2.5/share) it seems unlikely that DOCX will move much below 3, so it appears relatively safe given expected pressure on the tech sector.

Key challenge will be to rebuild revenues from new licenses. Income from renewal licenses and consulting is up, but so are costs needed to provide services.

I bought at 3 5/8 last week, but will wait until it hits 3 before adding to my position.
