Well, perhaps she hasn't REALLY needed the system? In fact she has. In fact she says it does require a waiting period... which was irritating. But in fact she understands that inconvenience is worth it. unlike my Mom's experience with that when she needed a hip replacement from Kaiser... Yeah sure you don't want to hear the story... OK you do not have to wait in America for medical care. Anyone with enough money can elbow their way in front. If you have enough you can get your botox injection immediately, in front of a poor person who desperately needs a liver transplant. NO PROBLEM right! And under a reasonable system of national voucher based care that would still be true. If you have enough money you will find immediate care to have your boil lanced. What would stop you except a lack of funds?
