nancy, Hope u r having fun raking in some moola...As for cash value, i do it differnet then most people who subtract value of cash. i will add the earning from cash to current estimate and it could give more value to high cash stock. Same when company has a lot of debt. ( cash only serves as additional income/ expense).

Also i would like company to do something w. cash not just sit on it. Msft giving one time divi was very poor use of their cash when they could have bot so many small growing companies.

Anyway this is just one table of many things i look at. Obviously, no one should buy a stock just based on just fa or ta or seniment. There are many variables that are very subjective.
How do you grade company's management?
This table is just ez to come up with so i copy and paste it to see how low and hi peg ratios move....
