So following your logic we should immediately stop all R&D, because the very nature of tech is to always improve. As such, all investments are a waste of time, because by definition we're always investing in old tech.

That is the most ridiculous circular logic I've ever heard. Brumar, you disappoint me. Just admit you are wrong. It will be more graceful.
