##### OFF TOPIC #####
Sig,

I'm aware of the fact that they are gonna report next week. I was
not totally serious on EDS although I believe their fundamentals
are really bad. A few examples;
- In Holland they are rapidly loosing ground;
- 7000 people have to leave world-wide;
- Their earnings were bad, their conference-calls even worse.
- They have a solid track-record of negative earnings-suprises.
- They gonna be in big problems with the Y2k-problem. They have a lot
multi-yearcontracts, based on service-level agreements.
They already announced that it will cost them $150 miljon.
I expect it to be much higher when we come to to the deadline of
1 jan 2000. Not to mention the potential claims after that date.
- Their former unique selling point (outsourcing & co-sourcing) is
no longer unique. Everyone is offering these concepts nowadays.
- And they had 3/three/drie/drei disappointing quarters in a row.
- Since 2 years they have Dick Cheney & Jim Baker in their board.
So far it looks easier to win a gulfwar than to make this boring
company more profitable.

On the other hand, they are already trading almost 50% under their
year-high, so their it will be more difficult to drop further, even
for them.

Wish you all the best, how are your plans of coming to Holland.

Paul
