The I would think theme restaurant business is good as long as you pick the right location. Seems to me the location these restaurants should be is entertainment centers. I'm kind of disappointed the Orlando restraunt never got off the ground because that seems to fit the mold - I don't really know how Alanta got into the mix other than they thought it would get a lot of attention during the World's Fair; however, delays screwed that up.
