I'm in favor of forced sterilization, right now people have the freedom to write checks on the government's account by having innumerable children ... each one of the offspring is going to cost us a fortune, and will likely be a carbon copy of its parents, over three decades the expense is enormous. In additional there are the environmental costs of the offspring, the original host is multiplying its carbon footprint as fast as it can ... if you start with one carbon footprint and double it every 16 years, how many footprints do you have at the end of the century?
