Arnie, It was under 5 million shares on Friday. I think there is a chance it will be de-listed from the NYSE. Other than that, I, too believe this may be a silent winner. I just wish I knew who or how to get more information. My one source (who was at Prudential) went to Solomon, who is the investment banker for Mercury, and now he can't talk publicly about MFN! My other source, a lawyer up in Chicago strongly believes the company won't go bankrupt and (Mercury) is working on a settlement for ALL the lawsuits except 1.
Thurs & Fri were the worst days yet for it on no news since 8/29.

Sorry, I shouldn't have rambled - as I said earlier, this isn't the place to discuss MFN.
