No, most likely it means ISR didn't use their data very carefully. Don't be surprised to hear AOL announce their 10 millionth subscriber before the end of year(not counting compuserve numbers that is), but more telling will be the Nov. 7th(8th?) earning announcement, 10 million or not, people want to see some profit.
