03 12 09 remain in the recommmended fund from vangaurd stockcharts.com the above charts are the funds that are available to us and they appear to have bottomed. We will not know this for sure until there is a test of the last low of a week or so ago that will surely happen but until then we should see the markets rise substancially from the last low taking back at least half of the losses from the start of the bear market. Or this is what I expect to happen. The economy isnt likely to be as bad as has been portaited and we could see a nice rally here from the over done selling that has been going on. The time to buy is when everyone wants out and the time to sell is when everyone wants to buy. Stay invested the bulk of the damage is likely over now with a test of the previous low surely to come
