I also have been told some kind of news is coming although have no idea of the content. Not happy about the fact they had to resort to a Reg. S filing for cash. New investors buy at a close to 20% discount ($4.25) and can sell when ever they want. Happy they have cash as it was low, but this is a low quality way to raise cash on top of the dilution.
