They charge their armored SUV stretch-Limo mileage off to their FED expense accounts....

If a C5A Starlifter isn't available to transport the vehicle and occupants to Boston, Martha's Vineyard, or Cape Cod, etc., that is - while they watch DVDs and booze it up in style.
