Are you now going to clearly tell EVERYONE that there are 20,000,000 shares outstanding and not 10,000,000 as there were at the end of 1996? Are you going to explain why? Fully? You don't think Truher and other insiders, knowing this fact before it was published in the 10Q or in any news release, used the inside information for their benefit? You have been bugged by me, Dan and others concerning the 10 Q for weeks. Are we to believe your dilatory response to the 10Q inquiries and Truher's selling are not connected? Do I think this is all your fault? You better believe it!! Wes P.S.: Why did you tell me Truher was not selling when either you did not know or did know and told me otherwise?
