I don't think the market would notice any lawsuit against WSP. For all we know, there are some already. I would imagine that most corporations are being sued or suing somebody at any given moment. Actually, maybe it would give WSP some needed publicity, since besides Leishman, nobody seems to be paying attention to WSP these days. As they say about publicity, " I don't care about what they say about me, as long as they spell my name right."
BTW, I called New Claymore about the time the rumor about the JV was posted, and the IR person categorically denied any truth to it. Even if it was true, it wouldn't ring our bell, since NCS already has 6 JVs going in Alberta, and I would assume the 6 JV partners have better properties than WSP would get at this point.
