My meditation... Tomato, I just like to lie on the ground and look up at the sky... to watch the clouds go by... birds flying over... milkweed seeds, leaves or snowflakes floating by on the breeze, etc... I just watch the sky and listen to the wind... But, as you know, I live on a farm... so this exercise is probably a little more interesting here than it would be in a city... Croc
