Here is a quote from a Q&A with the father of security analysis Ben Graham in the Financial Analysts Journal/Sept-Oct 1976:

FAJ: "In the light of your 60-odd years of experience in Wall Street what is your overall view of common stocks?"

Ben Graham: " .....most of the time common stocks are subject to irrational and excessive price fluctuations in both directions, as a consequence of the ingrained tendency of most people to speculate or gamble - i.e. to give way to hope, fear and greed."

AS a daytader it is your job to capitalize on the daily fluctuations caused by this fear and greed......good luck!
