The latest noise over the AIG bonus pool shows just how disingenuous the entire financial system has become. What a mess.

I think it would behoove Mr. Obama to put all other initiatives other than financial correction on the back burner. Build the "bad bank", get everything into it we can identify (at a fair price), and only then can we begin to build back up.

As for Mr. Cheney's comment that the Bush Administration cannot be blamed for even part of the financial meltdown....nonsense.
