Jeffrey,

The Newscast division alone is growing by leaps and
bounds. I was in on an investor teleconference with Wavephore
management and they also said that the Networks division is
lining up many new customers especially in Europe. As far as I'm
concerned Wavetop is an added bonus. Then again they also said
in the conference that the advertisers were very interested in
this delivery system, and that is where most of their Wavetop
revenue is going to come from. For those of you who don't know,
you can sign up for Wavephore's fax service through investor relations. They will fax you regarding press releases and
other events including the next investor teleconferencing.

Barring a major market correction, I think the fun is just beginning.
