You are definitely enamored of being editor of the Harvard Law Review. If it proves anything it is that he has academic smarts. The most useless kind. It is the ability to take what you learn and accomplish something with it that matters. I have known several lawyers who were Law Review at some fine schools. Some are fine lawyers and some couldn't find their tuckus with both hands. I do not see that he has particularly demonstrated smarts since he took office. Obviously you think he has. So tell us, what has he done that demonstrates that he is smart since he took office. lj
