Well "economic condition" or "economic situation" are rather broad, generic terms that can include the condition of the markets.

Even if you differentiated between the economy and the markets, the psychological component of the market cannot be overlooked. Wealth is going down the drain. Like it or not, the people who create jobs and businesses are not going to be of a mind to expand and grow businesses with all this uncertainty coupled with the loss of wealth.

I don't blame Obama for the current state of the economy either; however, I do blame him for the way he's mismanaged most things financial since the inauguration, which was my point.

Finally, I can't imagine that you would approve of everything Obama has done. Unfortunately, I am hard pressed to think of one or two things he's done that I can approve!
