HK issue will be discussed at the highest levels at the meeting of Clinton with China's premier. I think that Rubin and AG will be for "let the markets decide" and take proper financial action to calm the markets. If China will agree and the Western World will accept this situation, we may withness a sharp rebound/relief rally and thereafter a slower slide of the stock markets based on the fundamentals - earnings.
