That isn't a red state deal. That is everywhere. Local cops here can special order a car. They just keep an eye out for one that fits the bill then seize as the opportunity arises. An FBI agent I met told me all about the scam. We be 50 years of Dems dude.

OTOH, why can't they seize Bernie's PH and throw Momma from the train?
