It is and this way they can give the banks taxpayer money without any strings attached to the bank, no share right etc. It's really unbelievable the crap our government just tries to sneak by us. Everyone's focus is on the bonus money but the money going to these banks is even worse because it's a lot more money which the taxpayer will never see.
