my point is that there will not be another boom, like was seen in the 20s and 90s, for another 60 years.

There will be lots of innovation in various sectors in the next 20 years, however the decade starting in 2000 will still be fresh in our culture's memory. Our culture will need to forget this decade before we can have another boom cycle of this magnitude.
