What Pro proposes is an ever-bigger, ever more Authoritarian government that can crush freedoms and enforce his narrow, Puritanical visions upon everyone within the reach of the government.

THAT is what Pro wants --- a bigger, stronger central government that is under the thumb of 'good people' of his kind... so it can crack the whip over everyone else.

Nothing short of that will ever satisfy him.
