You are entitled to you opinion. I understand you not wanting to mess with Obama's legal status. I am sure that in the town of Dodge City Kansas there were people who didn't want to mess with Wyatt Erp, Doc Holliday and the rest of their gang. When they lost power there were lots of people rejoicing that would have never challenged them. Given the way Obama has worked in the past it is likely that challenging him could be bad for those who have the timerity. Regardless, even if he was legally qualified to serve Obama is a terrible President.
