Mohan - A few weeks back Barrons ran a nasty article on MSFT, predicted major slowdown etc etc. Well MSFT's earnings and projections for the future threw egg on their face. Now they are trying to slam all techs. I am curious about this Frankenstein guy who wrote the masterful piece on techs this week. He recommends 8x8 over Compaq? What an idiot- he has been short tech stocks for 2 FULL YEARS when they had the BULLEST run!. this guy is supposed to live in Microsoft's backyard (Seattle). What the hell is he doing working for a living anyway- if he was so smart and had the insight about tech stocks he should have bought a few hundred or thousand shares of MSFT/INTC in 87/88 instead of 8x8(!), he probably wouldn't have to work for a living ever!.
