Knowledge base for OECD quickly becoming obsolete. Conversely lack of knowledge about the realities of shirtless countries need to be boosted, and quickly.

As the center of gravity has moved, the knowledge acquired for the the OECD no longer realities. People need to re-learn.

Those whose knowledge is based on what they read on the popular press or based on stereotypes, are in for a nasty surprise.
