we have two in our back yard off and on, golden type.. at first i thought it was an eagle because of size. first time i saw them up close.. they have been coming into the yard for two years now and after awhile the crows show up in numbers to buzz them and chase them away. My neighbor said we have eagles also although i never saw one and knew it. buzzards.. got those guys.. saw them clean a deer to the bone in a weekend.
