Bob offered some comments on AMAT and INTC saying that investors should be very cautious. Bob mentioned last week that he sold his position in INTC so that should tell you where he stands.

He cites the downturn in Southeast Asia has having some possible impact on these companies. But he reminds that if semi companies want to compete they have to have the latest equipment so investments should continue at some pace. All in all I would say that he is concerned about the future and recommends, more than ever, a diversified portfolio.

As for the market in general Bob is as bullish as ever with no recommendations on the Far East. Continue to dollar cost average and diversify according to his new market allocations. He remains concerned about the high market valuation and says that growth going forward depends on earnings growth.

His recommendation on UTEK and UNPH stand.
