I'd be a bit worried about the Super Tacano's vulnerability to MANPADS, and ground fire in general. They are built to take the beating you would get in a third world country. Groundfire there would be not very good, and no manpads. That's why the AF doesn't have them for general warfare. But in Africa or the Stans, they would be fine.
