You're right and that was me. A couple of years ago BCMD attempted to mine the Ruby for the jewelry grade nuggets. They said that it was to raise money to start lode mining. Obviously it is easier to mine the placer gravels than to mine the lode. But they failed at placer mining!

My question was that if they really knew about the 250-500 oz\ton pillars why didn't they go straight there. The pillars were written about in the Keewatin Engineering Report of May 15, 1991.

One would think that an area of 250-500 oz\ton of gold would be top priority and you didn't need major equipment and money because it is so rich. Hell, Last week they were taking it out in buckets. Doesn't sound like major equipment to me.

I just remembered now someone from BCMD a couple of years ago saying there was a "wall of gold". I wonder if this is what they were talking about.

Whether they mined the wall of gold 3 years ago or or 2 years it's all water under the bridge now cauze they are mining it now!
