Your reply yes quickly and then follow with some important IF statements. What happens if the ITU-T cannot get what is wants in the form of access to intellectual property? Is both 3COM and Rockwell concerned about host based V.PCM processing that displaces both proprietary Rockwell silicon and TI DSP chips? Here is a case where both parties may not want an ITU-T standard.
