The Fed will be forced to use it big time against the backdrop
of foreign selling, just as they do with agencies now. They
will try to attract some moral hazard bond market capital to the trade
as well, but the treasury is scheduled to sell a boat load
and the foreigners aren't buying. They have no other tool
anymore -g-
