Jeff, No problem with foie gras. I love the stuff. Not too good for my cholesterol, but what the heck, it is the AGM. I suppose we should have patience here and not hold them to a tight schedule. They are in search of the "golden fleece", are they not? What wine do I want with the foie gras? MMMUM--I will have to think about it. Alsace Jack
